Job Description
- Write unique and attractive content to promote product & services
- Write, review & edit creative copies
- Work on articles, blogs, website & SEO content
Key Responsibilities
• Pitch, write business news stories, populate and publish news on website
• Help to improve news website with most important business news
• Research and rewrite business news about key events and trending news
• Pay attention to details, error free news copy, add value to the news copy
• Monitor trending business news worldwide on various platforms
• Help grow traffic and readership on the news website
• Contribute 5-6 business news story each day
• Manage the news story placement on the website homepage
Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 1-3 years of news room experience
• Journalism qualification
• Strong news sense and research skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Sound use of SEO and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong work ethic and time management
• Willingness to go extra miles in managing news cycle
• Interested in building a media company
• Team player and collaborative attitude
