- Maintain cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of baked goods: breads, pastries, and desserts
Maintain consistency, hygiene, and high-quality standards
Innovate new menu items and seasonal offerings
Manage baking schedules and inventory
Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Attention to detail and creative mindset
Team player with time management skills
