Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Answer customer questions about drinks, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Beverage Preparation:
Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Follow recipes and standards for drink preparation.
Maintain knowledge of coffee roasting processes and growing methods
