We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commi 3rd to join our bakery production and confectionery team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality baked goods, pastries, and confectionery items.

Key Responsibilities:

Bakery Production:

1. Assist in the preparation and production of bread, rolls, and other baked goods.
2. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Confectionery:

1. Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and other confectionery items.
2. Develop and maintain skills in sugar work, chocolate work, and other confectionery techniques.
3. Ensure high-quality presentation and decoration of confectionery items.
