- Maintain cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Develop new and innovative pastry items that align with our brand.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage ingredient inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with the team to enhance the overall menu.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation.
• Passion for creativity and innovation in desserts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
