Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring high performance and motivation.
Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards, handle customer complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets, manage costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and reduce wastage.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales, expenses, and operational performance to optimize business growth.
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5+ years of managerial experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of fast-food operations, kitchen management, and customer service best practices.
Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
Background in franchise QSR brands (e.g., McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Domino’s, etc.).
Knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP, ServSafe certification preferred).
Experience in marketing promotions and community engagement to drive store traffic.
