JOB DESCRIPTION :
Assisting in food preparation:
This includes tasks like washing, cutting, and prepping ingredients, as well as helping with the preparation of tandoori dishes like kebabs, naan, and other specialties.
Operating and maintaining the tandoor:
This involves understanding the basics of operating the tandoor oven, maintaining its cleanliness, and ensuring it is in good working order.
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene:
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the tandoor area and surrounding equipment, adhering to all food safety regulations.
Preparing and cooking tandoori dishes:
Assisting with the cooking process, ensuring that tandoori dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and doneness.
Supporting the Tandoor Chef:
Working collaboratively with the Tandoor Chef to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the tandoor section.
