- Counseling skills, including active listening and a non-judgmental approach. - Responsible for making calls and counselling students/parents about abroad education. - Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities. Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry. - Explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls.- Should be able to work with team to meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly based targets. Key Skills - Should have prior experience in MBBS/medical counselling. - Should have convincing skills. Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines. - Basic knowledge of computers is a must. - Should have a good command on languages - Telugu and English, Hind i or any other language is added advantage to the profile.
