Admission Counsellor

Location: Sikar-Reengus
Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 (Depending on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students about our courses, assisting them through the admission process, and helping them make informed decisions regarding their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure.

• Counsel students over phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.

• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing activities.

• Assist students in filling out admission forms and documentation.

• Maintain records of student queries, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on course offerings and market trends.

• Support marketing campaigns by participating in seminars, workshops, and events when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (Any stream).

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).

• Strong convincing skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under targets and pressure.

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Emails, CRM preferred).

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.

• 6 days a week (Sunday may be working depending on admission season).
