Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced AR Callers to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve billing issues

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and billing discrepancies

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers

- Update customer accounts and records in the system

- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or a related field

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems

- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar industry (e.g. finance, healthcare)

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Certification in customer service or collections (e.g. CCM, CCP)
