We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our physician billing team AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on unpaid claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies and patients. Key Responsibilities: Follow-up on unpaid claims :Contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims and ensure proper resolutionDenial management: Investigate and resolve issues with claim denials by reviewing patient records, payer guidelines, and billing codes.Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications with insurance companies and patients.Collaboration: Work closely with the billing department, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve issues and improve reimbursement processes.
