Job Description

Job Overview:

Position : Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Reports To : CFO

Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience

Job Location : Andheri (East)

Qualification : Graduation / Degree

Preferred : Financial services Industry (DP/Broking/ RTA or Merchant Banking

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Should have Functional Knowledge on Indian Taxation Laws Like, GST, TDS, Income

Tax, PT, PF, ESIC etc.

 Must have handled the Accounting finalization work independently

 Monthly reconciliation of all bank statement and balance confirmation.

 Verification of Vouchers for payments/receipts.

 Monthly closing books of accounts & general ledger scrutiny of expenses.

 Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for resolving queries.

 Maintaining Books of Accounts using Tally 9 & ERP Prime.

 General ledger scrutiny of Expenses, Debtors & Creditors.

 Preparation & submission of Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet.

Requisites & Responsibilities

 5+ years of accounting experience, decision-making, problem-solving skills.

 Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.

 Must have good soft skills.
