Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Ambernath. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection processes, coordinating with debtors, and managing the resolution of outstanding payments. They will also handle negotiations, monitor payment schedules, and maintain accurate records of collections.



Qualifications

Experience in collections management and debt recovery
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt collection
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Debt Collection is a plus
