• Ensure smooth communication between executives and internal teams.

• Track and follow up on project deadlines, budgets, and operational targets.

Industry-Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining records of raw material procurement and steel inventory.

• Support executives in liaising with suppliers, vendors, and government authorities.

• Monitor market trends and competitors in the steel industry for strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate plant visits, audits, and safety compliance documentation.

Event & Travel Management:

• Organize business travel, accommodations, and meetings for executives.

• Plan company events, conferences, and industry networking sessions.

• Prepare itineraries and briefing materials for meetings and business trips.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

• Handle sensitive company information with discretion.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
