•About the Role:•
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to manage our domestic BPO process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving team performance.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Team Management:• Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
2. •Process Management:• Oversee the domestic BPO process, ensuring adherence to quality standards, productivity targets, and compliance requirements.
3. •Customer Service:• Handle client and customer level escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
4. •Quality Assurance:• Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing corrective actions to improve quality and productivity.
5. •Reporting and Analytics:• Prepare and submit reports on team performance, process metrics, and customer satisfaction.
6. •Training and Development:• Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance team skills and knowledge.
•Requirements:•
1. •Experience:• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
2. •Language Skills:• Fluency in [Insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil, etc.].
3. •Education:• Graduate degree in any field.
4. •Skills:• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
