Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership:
Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and goals.
Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and guidance for skill development.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service, handling inquiries, matchmaking processes, and client interactions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and team productivity.
Resolve escalated client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team to improve skills, product knowledge, and client service practices.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions to enhance team performance.
Ensure that the team stays up-to-date with company services, policies, and industry trends.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
Monitor client feedback and provide insights to improve service quality and offerings.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
Ensure that the team is focused on building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized matchmaking services.
Act as a liaison between the team and clients when needed, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
