Roles & Responsibilities
Call customers from the data or India mart or leads generated from online platforms
Understand their products needs and give them our product knowledge and our services
Forward the customer need to sales executive and schedule demo or meeting
Solve customer doubts and resolve the same by coordinating with sales and production team
Follow up regularly and convert leads into order
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain client relationship for future order/Business
Write emails professionally to share the company profile or any information the prospective client seeks about the product detail /knowledge
Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy
Key Skills
1 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales.
Must be comfortable talking to customers on phone/video.
Good at communication and convincing skills.
Must know Hindi & English (both are important).
Ready to work with monthly targets
Education
· Graduate from any recognized university
