Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as BPO Tele sales . In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and promote our products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers.

Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass and above

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Strong communication skills in English , Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
