Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including customer interactions, policy issuance, claim processing, and back-office functions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Monitor branch performance metrics like sales targets, customer satisfaction levels, and operational efficiency.
Implement and manage operational processes to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
Sales and Business Development:
Lead the sales team in achieving branch sales targets by actively promoting health insurance products to new and existing customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and cross-sell additional products.
Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Customer Service:
Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing timely assistance.
Build strong customer relationships and promote customer retention strategies.
Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance service standards.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team.
Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to insurance sales and customer information protection.
Identify and mitigate potential risks within the branch operations.
Conduct regular compliance audits and address any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in the health insurance sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build rapport.
Understanding of insurance products, policy terms, and claim processes.
Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service standards, and compliance regulations.
Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
