Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and grow our air ambulance service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, healthcare services, or emergency transportation, and will be skilled at identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing contracts with hospitals, insurance companies, corporates, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, corporate clients, insurance companies, medical tourism companies, and healthcare institutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and referral sources.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Develop customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to new clients.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare and emergency medical services (preferably in air ambulance/ambulance services).

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare, aviation, insurance, or emergency medical services.

• Familiarity with air ambulance services is a strong advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• Working with hospitals, insurance companies, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), and large corporates.

• Experience dealing with cross-border (international) patient transfers.
