Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of the company’s products and services.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and attending events.

  • Client Acquisition:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting them into long-term customers.

  • Sales Presentations & Meetings:
    Conduct meetings with potential clients, deliver compelling sales presentations, and demonstrate how our solutions meet their business needs.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, providing insights to the team for strategy development.

  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue generation.

  • Proposal & Negotiation:
    Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
