Job Description

Responsibilities:

·        Business Development Strategy:

o    Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

o    Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the healthcare industry.

o    Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Medigence Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s services, strengths, and differentiators.

·        Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

o    Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels,

including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.

o    Qualify leads and develop targeted outreach strategies.

o    Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.

o    Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.

·        Client Relationship Management:

o    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

o    Understand client needs, requirements, and project objectives.

o    Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.

o    Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the business development process.


·        Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

o    Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support business development efforts.

o    Provide input on marketing materials, website content, and social media strategy.

o    Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·        2-3 years of proven experience

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

·        Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

·        Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·        Fluency in English
