Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for staffing & managed services.

• Build & maintain strong client relationships.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends.

• Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.

• Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution.

• Represent METAMORFS at networking events & industry meetups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
✔ Experience: Proven success in business development & sales (staffing/recruitment preferred).
✔ Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.
✔ Target-Oriented & Self-Motivated.
