Job Description

• Handling OEM Customers like Honda / MSIL / Mahindra & Mahindra / Toyota
/ Renault Nissan / Tata and Tier1 customers.
• Customer Handling to keep good relationship and 8D analysis capability.
• To Implement IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 Standard requirements
• Lead the Customer audit.
• Customer Specific requirements handling and Implementation.
• Root cause analysis should be done for repeated & major issues at Inhouse &
Customer place & Visit customer place and explain the CAPA.
• Conduct weekly meeting with production team to discuss about any abnormal
issues.
• Training programs to be conduct for improve inspection skills.
• Prepare PPAP & submit to customer approval.
• Co-ordinate with NPD for new parts development.
