Overview of the Role:

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be the bridge between our clients and our expert mentorship team. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with students and parents, Understand their needs and ensure they receive the best guidance on their medical journey. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management

➢ Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing information about our services.

➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring their needs are met.

➢ Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns, provide updates and maintain engagement.

• Guidance & Consultation

➢ Assist students in understanding various medical admission processes, including counselling, cut-offs and fee structures.

➢ Provide support in navigating our Hello Mentor portal for valuable insights.

➢ Coordinate with mentors to arrange one-on-one sessions, webinars, and workshops.

• Query Handling & Resolution

➢ Address client inquiries through calls, emails, and chat support.

➢ Provide quick and effective solutions to client concerns regarding admissions, courses, and mentor interactions.

➢ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Follow-Ups & Documentation

➢ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback and follow-ups in the CRM system.

➢ Ensure timely communication of important updates related to medical admissions.

➢ Assist in the Enrollment process for mentorship programs.

• Collaboration & Teamwork

➢ Work closely with sales, marketing and to ensure client satisfaction.

➢ Contribute ideas to enhance the client experience and improve service quality.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Experience in education consulting or medical counselling is a plus!)

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards client engagement.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in client relations, student counselling, or a similar role. Freshers with a passion for customer service are also welcome!
