Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and address client inquiries.

• Maintain client records and follow up on feedback.

• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for retention.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support or Telecalling.

• Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office.
