Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Outbound & Inbound calls to customer and collect debt payments online

• Obtain customer information and update the database during each call

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 4 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi, Marathi. The role involves to collect loans payment online with customers . A 10th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
