Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Collection Executive to join our growing team at LegalPay Technology Pvt. Ltd. in Noida. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions related to due payments, handling queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

• Provide relevant and timely information to resolve issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.

• Meet defined targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and recovery.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, telecalling, or collections preferred.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in any regional or national language.

• Skills: Good communication, patience, and basic computer knowledge.

• Availability: Must be comfortable working 6 days a week (Day shift).
