We’re hiring a Tele-calling Executive (Collections & Recovery) to support our collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calls for payment follow-ups

•Negotiate repayments & handle customer queries

• Record calls and commitments

• Coordinate with field recovery team Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate with 1+ year experience in telecalling (preferably recovery)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Proficient in Malayalam & English (Tamil is a plus)
