Collection Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls and field visits.

• Ensure timely collection and recovery of outstanding dues.

• Negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collections.

• Identify and escalate problematic cases to the management.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in collections or a similar role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet collection targets.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and loans is a plus.
