 Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable female student visa consultant and career counselor who can guide students for higher education abroad (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.). The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and have a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad dreams.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Career Counseling:
Understand the student’s profile, interests, and academic background.
Suggest suitable countries, universities, and courses based on individual profiles.
Help students choose the right career path abroad (bachelor's, master's, diploma programs, etc.).
 Student Visa Process:
Handle end-to-end student visa processing.
Guide students and parents regarding university applications, SOPs, financial documents, GIC, medical, visa forms, etc.
Keep track of admissions and visa application deadlines.
 Client Interaction & Support:
Attend walk-ins and online inquiries.
Regular follow-up with students and parents for documentation and updates.
Maintain accurate student records in CRM or Excel.
 Documentation & SOP:
Guide on SOP writing and LORs.
Check application forms and ensure compliance with visa requirements.
Communicate with universities/colleges for offers and conditional letters.
 Market Knowledge:
Stay updated with current visa rules and education trends in countries like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen area.
Attend online training/webinars from universities and embassies.
 Skills & Qualifications:
Gender: Female (preferred)
Minimum Education: Graduate (preferred: English medium or with counseling experience)
Language: Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet, WhatsApp Web
Experience: 1+ years preferred in visa consultancy, student counseling, or overseas education
 Office Timings:
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
