Role Overview:

Are you a people person with a flair for communication? Join our dynamic Customer Support team where you will handle both voice and non-voice processes, assist customers, resolve queries, and provide an excellent support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat support for domestic clients

• Understand customer queries and provide quick, effective solutions

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

• Ensure customer satisfaction with a polite and helpful approach

• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Languages: English + any one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu)

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Age: 18 to 30 years

• Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates are welcome

• Skills:

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
