Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. •Customer Service•: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems.

6. •Data Entry•: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our computer systems.
7. •Quality Monitoring•: Participate in quality monitoring and coaching sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
8. •Team Collaboration•: Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
1. •Education•: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
2. •Experience•: 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
3. •Skills•:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong product/service knowledge and sales skills.
4. •Physical Demands•: Ability to sit for long periods, use computer equipment, and perform repetitive tasks.
