We are currently looking for Customer Support Executives (International Process for Italian Language) for our team.

Position: Customer Support Executive (Italian Language Expert) 
Location: Jaipur, Mansarovar Salary: Upto 7.2 LPA Experience :Fresher/ Minimum 1 year 
Open Positions : 20 
Working Hours: Night Shift, 5 Days a Week

Roles & Responsibilities include:
1. Provide high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
3. Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
4. Translate customer feedback and inquiries to improve service quality.

Qualifications required:
- Fluency in Italian & Certification / MA in Italian ( C1 ) and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
