Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Job Type: Part-time (Evening Shift)
Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Training Duration: 15 days
Training Hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Training Pay: Paid only upon successful completion of a test based on the training.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries across different platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass

• Strong communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge

• A customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset

Training Details:

• Duration: 15 days

• Timing: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Note: Training is only paid if the candidate clears the final test based on the training content.
