We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team for Concentrix in Mumbai at our Thane (East) location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
