Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat, email, or CRM platforms
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone with customers
Provide accurate and timely information regarding orders, returns, product inquiries, and more
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Update customer records and feedback in CRM systems
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, Email, CRM usage
Quick learner with a positive and problem-solving attitude
Able to multitask, work under pressure, and stay organized
