Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, pricing, and services.
Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders for manufactured products, ensuring accurate details and timely delivery.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about the company’s products, manufacturing processes, and specifications.
Sales Support: Support the sales team by following up with leads, providing product samples, and preparing quotes.
Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues regarding product quality, delivery, or orders, ensuring swift resolutions.
Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their needs are met, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate
0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or order management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and product offerings (or willingness to learn).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.
