7. •Documentation•: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, resolutions, and feedback.

•Requirements:•

1. •Education•: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications) an asset.

2. •Experience•: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.

3. •Skills•:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

4. •Physical Demands•: Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard, and engage in repetitive conversations.
