Position Overview:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our team in Dehradun. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the voice of the company, addressing customer needs and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department for resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
