Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for customer inquiries.
Respond to queries regarding broadband plans, billing, and technical issues.
Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Issue Resolution
Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems, including slow speeds, network drops, and equipment issues.
Escalate complex technical problems to the NOC or field teams when necessary.
Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Account Management
Assist with customer account setups, plan upgrades/downgrades, and cancellations.
Handle complaints regarding billing errors or service disruptions and provide prompt solutions.
Maintain updated customer records and ensure data accuracy in CRM tools.
Service Coordination
Coordinate with field technicians for installation, repair, or maintenance appointments.
Inform customers about planned downtime, upgrades, or network changes.
Provide proactive support to prevent recurring issues.
Documentation and Reporting
Log all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer complaints and resolutions.
Suggest process improvements based on recurring customer issues.
