We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team for Jobs Adda in Hyderabad at our Kukatpally location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to RECOVERY. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have fresher years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Malayalam, Tamil. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
