Job Title:- Customer Support Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar
Good English Communication needed
Shift Timing: 24/7 Rotational (Females: 7 AM - 9 PM)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9 Hours

Salary:
- Experienced (6+ months BPO experience, on-paper proof required)
- In-Hand:₹16,000
- Fresher to 6 months experience
- In-Hand: ₹14,000

Selection Process:
1. HR Screening
2. AMCAT Test (Minimum 45 score required)
3. MTI Round
4. OPS Round

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
- Work with team members to meet performance goals.

Requirements:
- Experience: Fresher with graduation Minimum 6 months in a BPO (on-paper proof needed) or fresher with strong communication skills.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English/local language.
- Other: Problem-solving ability, customer-oriented approach, and willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Note: Maximum budget is non-negotiable.
