Position Details:

Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Week-offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday, all Sundays

Office Location: Sector 128, Noida

Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Job Description:

The Dialler Resource will be responsible for:

• Monitoring telecalling campaigns to ensure smooth execution and optimal performance.

• Analyzing productivity reports, including pacing, idle time, and conversion ratios, to enhance overall efficiency

• Identifying areas of improvement and suggesting actionable insights to boost output.

• Ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines and improving agent utilization strategies.

• Coordinating with the team to fine-tune dialer strategies for maximum impact.
