Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their queries and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and resolve job-related queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information on job openings and schedule candidate lineups effectively.
Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions and feedback.
Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions.
Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
️ Basic communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
