Job Description

Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
