Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the call centre industry and be proficient in handling customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
•Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
•Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and effective solutions.
•Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
•Maintain data and reports using MS Word and Excel.
•Follow communication guidelines and policies set by the company.
Skills:
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
•Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
•Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
