Position: Customer Interaction Executive

Responsibilities
Gathering requisite data/information via Primary research (On Call).
Ability to use keywords wisely when doing internet research.
Good email etiquette.
Good English command.
Make outbound calls to international companies to verify and update details
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Ability to handle calls with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong data management and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in shifts as per international time zones.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Good listening skills
