Position: Customer Interaction Executive

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai

Responsibilities

  • Gathering requisite data/information via Primary research (On Call).

  • Ability to use keywords wisely when doing internet research.

  • Good email etiquette.

  • Good English command.

  • Make outbound calls to international companies to verify and update details

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to handle calls with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Strong data management and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to work in shifts as per international time zones.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Good listening skills
