Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat. Understanding their inquiries or concerns
2. Identifying the nature of the issues, whether they are product-related, service-related, or general inquiries.
3. Resolving complaints or queries by providing information, guidelines, or escalating issues as necessary.
4. Assisting customers with order placement, cancellations, and tracking deliveries.
5. Maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Required:
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention in detail
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries
Language: English + Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam.
Qualification: Graduate/PUC/Fresher/Exp.
