Maintaining quality:Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality parameters.

Escalating issues:Identify when issues need to be escalated and follow through.

Working in a team:Work with others to ensure calls are answered quickly and call queues are kept short.

Recording customer details:Keep accurate records of customer details and other notes.

Using software systems:Use client systems and web-based systems to handle calls and retrieve. information
